If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, complaints may be submitted to the relevant consumer protection authority in the country of purchase or delivery.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent civil courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. Product Inspection & Acceptance
Upon delivery of any item purchased through Astyla Global Trading, the customer is responsible for inspecting the product within 48 hours of receipt.
If the customer believes that the item:

has arrived damaged during transit

materially differs from the product ordered

raises a credible authenticity concern
the customer must notify Astyla in writing within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographic evidence where possible.
Failure to notify Astyla within this timeframe may be deemed confirmation that the item has been received in satisfactory condition and accepted by the customer, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
16. Authenticity Review Procedure
If an authenticity concern is raised within the permitted notification period, Astyla Global Trading reserves the right to:

request photographs or supporting evidence from the customer

arrange inspection by an independent third-party authentication provider

conduct internal verification procedures
Where a claim is verified as valid, Astyla may provide an appropriate resolution which may include:
